The construction industry is not performing at its optimum - why is that and what can be done about it?  Kevin Thomas will look at the drivers for change and the collaborative alliancing model that has emerged from the Collaborative Mentors of Construction Excellence.  He will run through the thinking behind the model and ask the all-important question: can it make the difference?
