PRESENTATION - UK Construction: Waiting for Growth?
We are delighted to invite Simon Rawlinson, Head of Strategic Research and Insight, at Arcadis UK, to return to LCEC’s AGM and talk.
Simon will examine prospects for UK construction in the context of economic, political, social, and technological cycles. He will consider how procurement and investment in productivity can be combined to address challenges of economic recovery and net zero-transition.

Alison is Head of Constructing Excellence, where she works with its members and wider movement to drive positive change in the built environment. Alison has a passion for transforming the construction sector into a more innovative, inclusive and sustainable industry.

Simon Rawlinson, Head of Strategic Research and Insight, Arcadis UK
Simon leads the ARCADIS UK Strategic Research and Insight Team, providing sector-focused research and market and commercial intelligence for clients and the business.
In July 2023 he was appointed Chair of the RICS Knowledge and Practice Committee and member of the RICS Board.
